This oil pastel captures a quiet, rain-soaked moment in Vienna , painted from the window of the hostel where I stayed. Housed in the same building where Sigmund Freud once had his office—now known as the American House—the space carries a sense of history and reflection.
On a day when the rain kept me indoors, I turned to the beauty just beyond the glass. Softened by the weather, the city reveals a more intimate, contemplative side—reminding us that inspiration often meets us in stillness, when we simply pause and look.
